Although every care and attention is followed to the best of our ability to ensure our descriptions are accurate and colours are adequately represented, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in size, shape or colour in the final products received by you the customer.

We aim to ensure that products for sale via www.ashanyacandlecraft.co.uk are in stock but we cannot be held liable if a product is sold out without prior notice.  In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any monies paid to us.

Payments

Products purchased via www.ashanyacandlecraft.co.uk are done so via secure 3rd party payment provider Stripe Pay www.stripe.com. 

Orders will be processed once full payment has been received by Ashanya Candlecraft for total order value.

In event of any refund being deemed necessary, these will be processed at the earliest opportunity to us and will be refunded to the method of payment used only.  No other forms of refund will be considered.

Product Delivery

Products purchases from Ashanya Candlecraft will be delivered via Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 hour service.  Prices subject to change and will be charged as per rate on website.

By using this website, you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Ashanya Candlecraft and you, or its business partners and associates.
